Nezler · One-time setup
This page is the whole product: admin dashboard, per-client portals, uploads and answers into your Google Drive. It just needs its backend address. Four steps, ~15 minutes, once — every future client reuses the same deployment.
At drive.google.com create an empty folder, e.g. Nezler-Onboarding. Open it and copy the ID from the address bar (the part after /folders/). Every client gets an auto-created sub-folder inside it.
At script.google.com → New project → paste in the contents of apps-script/Code.gs (it sits next to this file). Set ROOT_FOLDER_ID at the top to the ID from Step 1.
Deploy → New deployment → Web app → Execute as Me · Access Anyone → Authorize. Copy the Web app URL (ends in /exec). Opening it in a browser should show {"ok":true,…}.
In index.html, set CONFIG.endpoint to that URL and upload the file to your server. Reload — the login appears. Admin ID nezler; the first client (Stalwart Projects, ID stalwart) is created automatically with its full portal.
Log in as admin → Create client → upload the extraction file for that client (generate it with the prompt in EXTRACTION-PROMPT.md) → add their Drive link / instructions → share their ID & password. Their portal builds itself from the file.
